The three of us are having a wonderful weekend in El Paso making tamales using IMUSA tamale steamers. Check out this gorgeous cobalt blue steamer filled with green chile pork tamales. These steamers are wonderful products and we will share more about that later.
For now we just wanted to wish you a wonderful day with your familia!










I love that the steamer has a glass lid so you can watch the progress. Not that things change much visually, but you know how cooks are — always having to check on the pot.

One…of….these…days! (I’m going to steam some tamales). I love them so and must learn how.
